Mac grew up in Cary, NC and graduated from Appalachian State University. He began his career underwriting debt and equity investments at Triangle Capital Corporation before joining Gryphon Investors, where he specialized in raising debt and equity capital. He then transitioned to the investment team at NovaQuest Private Equity, a healthcare-focused PE firm located in Raleigh, NC. Mac also serves as a 1st Lieutenant in the North Carolina National Guard.

Tucker
Thompson
Tucker grew up in Richmond, VA and graduated from Washington and Lee University. He began his career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan focusing on mergers and acquisitions as well as debt and equity raises. He then joined Gryphon Investors, where he specialized in industrial and software investments. Tucker then joined Faire, a late-stage startup, where he oversaw Strategy and Operations.
